Following on from last year, the ICWN Rescue Me Project will be holding their annual charity fundraising event on July 18th.
This time Stefanie’s not jumping alone …
We want you to and join us for the 2015 Rescue Me! Project Women’s 10 x 5 Miles 4 Lives challenge. 10 women from 5 local churches joining together
Our combined goal for this year is to raise £25,000, and we can do this by walking together. We would like 10 women from each of our 5 churches join in a 12 mile walk (totaling 600 miles) from Battersea Park to Greenwich along the Thames.
Calling all mothers, aunties, daughters and nieces to join in doing something for the young girls and women of Brazil.
Our goal is to help ICWN Rescue Me! Project raise to get as close to our £25,000 goal to fund the setting up of a day center for the women of Brazil. Providing daily meals, computer skills training and Languages (English).
We hope that each woman is able to participate in the walking challenge to the best of their ability. If we can get 50 women participating to get as many of their friends, family and co-workers to as much as they can to help support this cause, we will be well on our way to smash this year’s goal.
We’re hoping to make this walking challenge best ever, and will be celebrating end of the walk with a picnic in Greenwich Park, so please invite family and friends to come along and spur us.
So are you ready to ‘DO SOMETHING’!
Thank you very much for your participation!
